Must....Have....Sleep....Zzzzzzz

This is going to be a short post.  Illness seems to have struck the Angel household with both my husband and I feeling under the weather, and only my son - buried in a sea of Harry Potter Lego - seems to be okay. 

I have an extreme need to sleep and cannot even find the energy to knit (gasp!).

So, if you have stumbled across my blog in the hope of something dazzling, I can only apologise - the best I can offer you is some hot guys, some musings on happiness, more hot guys or you can click on some of my best bits over to the left.

Colin Farrell - The Most Attractive Man in the World?

I have been pondering what I should blog about today, and I will be completely honest with you....I am lacking any real inspiration.  This is mostly due to the fact that my mind is stuck on one subject alone.  Colin Farrell.

Now don't get me wrong - I think Colin is very easy on the eye.  And I was thrilled when he won Heartthrob Thursday a couple of weeks back.  But the level of interest that was shown in him while the vote for that week was open, combined with the amount of google search traffic with the keyword "Colin Farrell"I have had since the vote closed is just baffling.

I mean, okay, he's pretty enough, but what has he actually done recently?  I cannot think of a single film he has been in for ages and ages.

The degree of adoration he seems to inspire is puzzling in the extreme. 

In direct contrast, this weeks poll is doing really badly in comparison.  Hardly any votes at all and this surprises me mainly because I selflessly poured through endless websites searching for the hottest guys on the planet to include in the poll.  Josh Hartnett was VERY popular according to several "Hot Guys of 2010" polls I came across, but the poor guy is not making a big impression here, is he!?

The fate of Heartthrob Thursday could well be hanging in the balance after this weeks potentially poor turnout, but in its short life it has managed to prove one thing if nothing else.......Colin Farrell is officially the hottest guy on the planet.
